Age confirmation

When you confirm that you are of legal drinking age, this website stores a timestamp in your browser’s local storage so the age gate does not need to appear on every page visit. The confirmation is designed to expire after 30 days. This value is stored on your device and is not, by itself, transmitted to Day N Night.

Newsletter subscriptions

Newsletter subscriptions are intended to be processed through Kit.com. Once the Kit integration is connected, information you submit through the newsletter form, such as your email address, will be handled in accordance with the applicable Kit service and privacy terms as well as this policy.

Contact and sales inquiries

The current static contact form prepares an email addressed to sales@daynnightco.com using the information you enter. Your message is sent through your own email application and provider. If a server-side form service is added later, this policy should be updated to identify that service and its data practices.

Retailer map

The Where to Buy page is designed to use a Google map. Once connected, Google may receive technical information associated with loading and using the map. Google’s own privacy terms apply to its services.

Technical information

Like most websites, hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and requested pages for delivery, reliability, security and abuse prevention. The site is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare may process technical information as part of providing the service.

Cookies and similar technologies

The initial static build does not require advertising cookies. The age gate uses browser local storage. Third-party services added to the website, including the retailer map or newsletter tools, may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

Your choices

You may clear the Day N Night age confirmation by clearing site data or local storage in your browser. You may also choose not to use the newsletter, map or contact features. Newsletter unsubscribe options will be provided through the connected email service.
